conjunctions - Agreeing with negative sentences - "Me neither" or "Me too"?

How do we agree with a negative sentence?

What is the choice? 'me neither' or 'me too'?

Say,

Andy: I don't like my teacher.
Bob: Me, neither.

OR

Andy: I don't like my teacher.
Bob: Me, too.
